Formatting?

So. I'm on my aunt's laptop, and it uses Windows Vista, Internet Explorer
Now I, on the other hand, use Windows XP and Firefox

When on MY laptop, the formatting to my blog is completely fine, but on my aunt's laptop (and the school computers, come to think of it) it goes all outta wack.
Both of these times is when its on Internet Explorer.

Now, my friends and stalkers(I mean Followers>.>) do you use Internet Explorer? Does my formatting spazz out and go all over the page when you visit my blog?
I'd love to know...
